Welcome Stone Distilling Co. is pioneering what a Caribbean made Whiskey will mean to the world. We were brave enough to ask: “Why hasn’t it been done before?”—and, frankly, crazy enough to do it.
We’re crafting a new whiskey category shaped by this region's beautiful climate, culture, and spirit.
Lucky for us, Grenada has nearly unlimited sources of inspiration.
The result is liquid gold that is as smooth, as sweet, and as full of spice as the island of it's birth.
NOT ANOTHER IMPORT
The Caribbean is known for rum. You know that, we know that.
But whiskey is very well loved here, too.
CARICOM nations import an average of US$30 million
worth of whiskey every year.
Since the 1800's every bottle of whiskey you've seen in the Caribbean, whether it's in a rum shop, at a beach resort bar, or on the shelf at the market, was made somewhere else.
We really didn't need another imported whiskey. We deserved our own. After centuries of perfecting rum, we were ready.
